Reports
Open the report previewer with
(Ctrl+P), or jump straight to a report from its stage’s menu
(Estimate Report, Justification Report, DNIT Report, Comparative Reports, Agreement Reports,
Bill Report).
Using Report Preview
- Choose a category (Estimate, Analysis & Justification, DNIT, Comparative,
Agreement, the bill, Revised Estimate…). Only categories whose data exists are listed.
- Choose a sub-option (the specific report).
- Set page options (paper size, orientation, margins) if needed.
- Click Generate to render the PDF in the preview pane.
- Print, Save as PDF, or Export to Excel… — every tabular
report also exports as a formatted .xlsx workbook.
Opening a report from a stage menu pre-selects that report’s category and
sub-option — e.g. lands on
“Justification of Rates (Market)”. The preview fills only after you click Generate.
Serial-number style
switches between Flat
(1, 2, 3…), Hierarchical continuous and Hierarchical per-annexure
numbering — the same serial then follows each item across the DNIT, comparison,
agreement and bill reports.
PDF preview uses the Microsoft Edge WebView2 runtime. If preview is
unavailable, Save or Print the report instead.
