Signing In & Your Account

The web edition opens in a browser and asks you to sign in first. Use the user name and password your administrator gave you.

Sign in

Open the address your administrator provided.
Enter your user name and password and choose Sign in.
If the sign-in is refused, the page shows the reason (wrong details, or your organisation’s access is not currently available — contact your administrator).

Change your password

Open Help › Account, enter your current password and the new one twice, and save. Choose a password of at least six characters.

Forgot your password?

Choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your user name.
If your account has an e-mail address on file, a 6-digit reset code is sent to it (valid for 10 minutes).
Enter the code, choose a new password, and you are signed in.
No e-mail address on your account? Ask your administrator to reset the password for you — you will then choose your own new password at your next sign-in.

End your session

Use File › End Session (sign out) when you finish, especially on a shared computer. Your open project closes and is released for others.

One project at a time, per person. Each signed-in user works on their own current project. A project file that one person has open cannot be opened by a second person at the same time — you will be told who has it open. Ask them to close it, or open a different one.
