SoR Analysis of Rates

Open with SoR Analysis › Analysis of Rates (Ctrl+F). This computes each item’s rate from the scheduled basic rates of material, labour and machinery, plus loadings.

Using the form

  1. Pick an item code from the list on the left. Its analysis rows (base items, sub-items and loadings) appear, with the analysed rate.
  2. Edit basic rates, loadings or quantities as needed.
  3. Click Run Analysis to recompute every item. The work runs in the background, so the form stays responsive.
  4. Click Save & Close to commit the analysis and close the form.
Run Analysis recalculates composite (sub-) item rates bottom-up, so a complex item that references a mortar or concrete sub-item always reflects the latest base rates.

Round-off

The Round-off setting controls the final rounding of each analysed rate (1, 0.5, 0.25, 0.05 or 0.01). It is saved with the project.

SoR Analysis reads the scheduled rate tables. Market-rate justification is done separately in MR Justification.
